Return & Refunds
- 1. We are arranging the best available edition of books in as good as possible conditions, however the image of the product may differ from the item as delivered.
2. In case of old and used books, the condition and editions are mentioned either in title or description, please make sure before order.
3. Orders will not be returned after dispatch unless wrong product is delivered. In case of wrong/ damaged item received, contact +91-8269200353. We will inform you as per further process.
4. No further refund will be initiated unless the product delivered is incorrect. The decision of any refund will be final from bookdekho.in side.
5. In case of cancellation or returns, no delivery charges will be refunded.
6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
7. The customer should provide video of unboxing as valid proof of wrong/ damaged item received.
8. All the refunds will be made within 2-3 working days from th date of return.
